CLIMATE
The climate of Gujarat is very typical. The winters are mild and pleasant with an average daytime temperature of around 30degree (in Celsius) at day and around 15degre temperature at night. While coming to summer, days and nights are extremely hot with day temperature around 50 degrees and night not lower than 35degree. During the arrival of monsoon rains, the temperatures are similar to those of summer season but with high humidity. You also feel the air hotter and a lot more suffocation. Monsoon season starts around mid-June During this season the temperatures are again lowered. The day temperature is around 35degree and night temperature is around 27degree. Most of the rainfall occurs in this season, sometimes this can even cause to floods. Though mostly dry, it is desertic in the north-west, and wet in the southern districts due to heavy monsoon season.
The average annual temperature in 24degree(in celsius) and the average precipitation here is 706mm. The average annual rainfall here ranges from 800mm to 875mm.
